Malawi Posts Corporation offers both domestic and international mail service, which is sub divided into:

- Premium mail service.
- Parcel service.
VALUE ADDED SERVICE
Malawi Posts Corporation provides doorstep collection and delivery of mail to its corporate customers, provided the customer provides the schedules (days, dates, time etc). Electricity Supply Commission of Malawi has already started enjoying this service.
POSTS INTERNET CAFÉ
Malawi Posts Corporation opened its first Internet café on 9th September 2002, offering Internet, typing, printing, photocopying, fax and many more. Posts Internet Café is situated behind Blantyre post Office opposite Claim Building.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
The service is available to all posts offices and money is sent through telegraphic money order/ ordinary money order, postal orders and FastCash service.
